4 υγιεινές συνήθειες αυξάνουν το προσδόκιμο ζωής κατά 14 έτη.

Το να μην καπνίζουμε, το να κινούμαστε κάπως, να μην υπερβάλλουμε στο αλκοόλ και να τρώμε φρούτα.

Άραγε πόσα φάρμακα (μόνα τους ή σε συνδιασμό) μπορούν να υπερηφανευτούν για ένα τόσο καλό αποτέλεσμα;
